What is included? Included in the price: all charges for gas, water and electricity, weekly cleaning- and linen service, cable TV and Internet.
What is included? We rent both long and short terms.
What is the shortest period I can rent? Rental period is possible starting from 1 month. For shorter terms you better get in touch with us.
How can I rent a furnished apartment?
The apartment is reserved for you if you return the signed contract that will be sent to you by email.
The reservation of an apartment is valid after payment of the first month's rent and a deposit.
The booking will expire after four days if we have no confirmation or didn’t receive the agreed amount.
What is the deposit? A deposit will be charged equal to one month rent.
How and when do I receive the keys of the apartment?
You will receive the keys to the apartment at the start of the contract in Roosendaal at an agreed time.
Make sure that the deposit and the rent are paid in time to make sure you can enter your apartment.
Why should a deposit be paid? To cover any damages or losses.
When do I get back the deposit? The deposit will be refunded after returning the keys and after checking the apartment and after deducting all costs.
How long ahead should I apply for an apartment? The earlier you book, the more likely the apartment of your choice is available. If possible, you can move into your apartment the same day.
Can I make a reservation and confirm later? After paying the deposit and first months rent your reservation will be automatically confirmed.
Can I make a reservation by email? Of course you can.
Can I come and watch first before I book? That's no problem. You can make an appointment any time.
Can I cancel my stay after the reservation? You can cancel your reservation at any time. We will charge € 400 if cancellation is less than one week prior to the start of the reserved stay.
Does the contract have to start on the first of the month and end at the end of the month? We try to be as flexible as possible. This mainly depends on the availability of the apartment.
When checking in and out? Basically check in will be after 3 pm, check out before 12 am.
Are you a hotel? We are not a hotel with daily maid services, laundry, kitchen, reception, ...
We offer a furnished apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.
You rent for a pre-contractual period.
There is no reception, so we are not geared to tourists, but we are available during business hours for all your questions. After office hours you can reach us in a case of emergency.
Should we bring our own beddings?
We provide linens, towels, tea towels, dish cloth towels and washcloths.
Are pets welcome?
No animals are allowed in our accommodations.
Do I have to clean the apartment when I leave?
We have a cleaning team to do the final cleaning. You will be charged 50 euro for final cleaning.
We kindly ask you to leave your apartment in good condition.
